Lemongrass oil has a light and fresh lemony smell with earthy undertones. It is stimulating, relaxing, soothing, and balancing. Lemongrass essential oil is used as aromatherapy to relieve muscle pain, externally to kill bacteria, ward off insects, and reduce body aches. It can also be used for flavoring tea and soups, and it adds fragrance to cosmetics, soaps, and homemade deodorizers.

How to use:

Baths: blend 5-8 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil, add to bath.
Massages: add 2-3 drops of essential oils to 3 tablespoonfuls of carrier oil.
Vaporisation: add 2-4 drops of essential oils to a burner, aroma stone or aroma stream.

Storage: 

Keep in a cool, dark place.

Keep products away from delicate eye area
Keep away from children.
Do not take essential oils internally.
Never use an undiluted essential oil directly on the skin. Always dilute in a suitable base product.
