Following the Garden Design process we will prepare you free of charge Garden Construction quotation.
We offer a free initial site consultation, which will be undertaken by our fully trained, qualified and experienced designer. We'll look at the site and hear some of your ideas about it. This site visit will allow us to give you an accurate price for a garden design commission. You will receive a Landscape Design Agreement which will detail the estimated services and fees. You will also receive a detailed Questionnaire about your landscape needs, desires, styles, budget. You will need to consider at this early stage concerning how the garden will be used.
During the survey, there are many factors we will need to consider, such as the property boundaries, drains,site aspect and soil analysis, the existing and proposed levels, and any existing features which are to remain or be altered in correspondence with the new design.This will then be drawn up to scale as a base plan to enable us to develop the outline design proposals.
Following our site visit, we are then happy to offer our professional design service.One or two concept plans will be created to give you visual layouts outlining our ideas combined with your requests and preferences in various layouts. We will meet to go over these concepts and to discuss proposed plant material and hardscape options to give you a feel for the space and the opportunity to select materials that appeal to you.
4.Final construction plan
A detailed masterplan of the whole site is produced, in accordance with the decisions made at the first design presentation. It can include: Site Development Plan, Planting Plan, Lighting Plan, Irrigation Plan, and 3D Modeling. Detailed information includes material specification, paving patterns, spot heights, finished levels and structure planting including trees and hedges.
